Description:	Completion of a new extension comprising three central malls, Bi-lo Store, Big W Store, Hoyts cinema complex, 4 restaurants and approximately 50 speciality shops. A new centre management office was fitted out and several mini major tenancies including JB-Hi Fi and Toys R Us. Four new restaurants, a fresh food market place and a four level car park were also constructed.

Description:	The former Russell St Police Headquarters, one of Melbourne's pre-eminent Art Deco Buildings was transformed into the centrepiece of a 400-apartment development known as Concept Blue. The Refurbished Deco Tower contains 96 apartments, the new Blue Tower contains 259 apartments and the Indigo Lofts contains 45 loft style apartments. The development is built on a new 5 level car park and contains gardens, gymnasium and a 25m lap pool.

Name:	Vodafone Arena (Multi Purpose Venue)

Description:	A multi-purpose sports and entertainment venue with a varying seat capacity of approximately 10,000 depending on the configuration of the stadium. This incredibly versatile venue boasts a 250 metre cycling track, a rebound ace tennis court used predominantly for the annual Australian Open Grand Slam Tennis Championship, concert quality acoustics, and innovative seating design that ensures spectators are close to the action at all times. During Velodrome mode seating at either end is mechanically winched up to the roof gantry to blend in with the steel roof and exposes the top and bottom portions of the cycling track. Firebase Sprinkler Systems installed a flexible type sprinkler system to the underside of this seating to allow ease of lifting and lowering for any function at the venue.

Description:	The stage four redevelopment saw the demolition of two thirds of the existing shopping centre and construction of new mall and tenancies. The Project included a new K-Mart store, mall with skylight and approximately 80 speciality shops.
